Pakistani mango and grapefruit sorbet – 188 kcal, 27 g protein

One of my favourite fruits is Pakistani mango. It’s sooo sweet and delicious!

And one of my new favourite protein powders is now grapefruit flavour from bodylab. It reminds me of Schweppes grapefruit soda, not overpowering, just a smooth flavour and easy to drink.

So I made another sorbet with these two flavours and it did not disappoint! It is so creamy and sweet with just a tiny hint of the grapefruit. My second best sorbet combination yet.

I have another flavour combination in the freezer which I’ll post when it’s ready.

Ingredients:

150 g Pakistani mango

250 ml water

30 g clear whey


Mix the whey with water and let it sit until it becomes clear. Mix with the fruit in the container and use an immersion blender to blend everything well together before storing in the freezer for 24 hours. Spin it at the sorbet setting once before turning it slowly under hot water, then spin again for the perfect texture
