First block done! July 1 – August 3

First block of my program done and I really enjoy it so far! It has been going great with my workouts and since it’s a different workout everytime I don’t feel bored with it.

But work has been killing my recovery, appetite and energy… I’ve been working only three days per week this month, not even full-time yet, and I’ve been hitting about 25.000 steps everyday! I came home yesterday and felt dizzy and so so tired…

Today was a day off, but as I’m writing this I’ve hit another 20.000 steps.

This is my steps for July, insane!

My sleep has been terrible, and when I’m tired I don’t tend to have a great appetite either. I’ve slept about 4.5-6 hours every night. At least I’ve hit my protein goal almost everyday because of homemade gainer shakes, easy and fast to get down.

I’ve lost another few kilos and I’m down at 83.4 kilos today, almost the same as when I started in February. Still feel stronger though, and I feel less bloated as when I was eating a ton of food.

I still want to gain some weight back the next two blocks (months), so I have to eat more again from Monday.

I’ve been working on my training program in excel and the formulas and plan for the next two months looks good. Just have to clean up everything and then I’ll post it for anyone who wants to try it out.

Adding some weight to my workouts next week, let’s see how this goes!
