This is the best creation I’ve made yet with milk. I made the cookie dough with my protein bar recipe which you can find here: https://cico.no/3-ingredients-protein-bar-173-calories-21-g-protein
Cut this up in small pieces and mixed with cookies and cream flavoured casein powder. It turned out amazing! I am very happy with the protein bar and it makes a perfect topping to the ice cream.
This is the recipe I made today:
Ingredients:
400 ml milk. 1%
30 grams cookies and cream casein powder.
1/3 of the finished protein bar
Mix together the milk with the casein powder and freeze for 24 hours.
Spin it straight from the freezer 2 times on light ice cream.
While it’s spinning you can cut up your protein bar in small pieces.
Add as topping when it’s finished and press + extras.
Perfect consistency and a very nice addition with the chewy protein bar.
