Week 5 update

Done with 5 weeks already! Feels like I started only last week. It’s the final week next week before a well needed reload week. The total volume has gone up since day 1 and I feel that my body is barely recovering for next week.

I’ve gained 5.4 kilos! Something I was planning to gain in a much longer time span. But I have been eating a bit of junk as well to get my calories in. It’s been a lot of chocolate and candy which I normally don’t like that much, but now I can’t stop eating… But I’ve managed to get my protein everyday, about 1.6 g per kg.

Most of this weight is definitely fat and water, but I can still see that I’ve lost a bit of fat some places as things get more defined. Gonna be interesting to see how it looks when I’m gonna drop weight later.

But all things considered, I’m very happy with my results and that I’ve actually gone through with my plan all along. I still haven’t missed a workout and my body feels beaten up but at the same time much stronger.

I have changed my next week’s a bit and I have also setup a full plan for a whole year. This plan should be more sustainable in the long run and also prepare me for hyrox in 2025. This is still my goal and also why I train the way I train. I’ll post more about that plan later.
