I lost 6.8 kg in 29 days…


I’ve been in a calorie deficit for some weeks now and I lost 6.8 kg in 29 days! A bit too much too fast, but it’s been easier to lose weight than to eat all the time.

I was eating about 1.6 g of protein per kg and my calories was around 1600-2000. Mostly around 1900.

My workout plan is going great so far, and I’m on phase 2/3 after a week of deload. Going to bump up the calories again as the weights are getting heavier the next weeks.

It’s fun to see that my thoughts and ideas are working as planned.
