High Protein Strawberry Mango Sorbet – Ninja Creami Recipe

I think this is the best one I’ve made yet.

Macros:

159 calories

19,6 g carbohydrates

1,1 g fat

19,9 g protein

 

Ingredients

150 g frozen strawberry

50 g frozen mango

22.5 g clear whey (I use mango/peach)

1 tablespoon sweetener (I use erythritol)

150 ml water.

Mix the whey with the water and let it sit until it becomes clear.

Put all of the ingredients in the container and blend it with an immersion blender until everything is mixed.

This should be exactly on line with the max limit on your container.

Freeze for 24 hours

Spin straight from the freezer. 2 times on sorbet. (be sure to make the surface of the ice flat before you spin it)
