190 gram fresh kiwi
130 gram fresh strawberry
1.5 dl water
22.5 g clear whey powder
Mix everything with an immersion blender and freeze for 24 hours.
Spin straight from the freezer, 2 times on sorbet and 1 re-spin. Perfect consistency 👌
