High protein nectarine mango sorbet – 169 calories, 21 g protein!

Remember the last one that was the best sorbet I’ve made? Well, this is the most creamy yet! 2 new recipes and 2 fantastic sorbets on the same day. Nectarine mixed with some mango/peach flavoured whey protein powder.

This comes in at 169 calories and 21 grams of protein.

Ingredients:

150 g nectarine

200 ml water

22 g clear whey. For this one I used Mango/Peach flavour from Scitec Nutrition.

Mix the clear whey with water and let it sit for a couple of minutes until it becomes clear.

Mix all the ingredients in the pint with an immersion blender. This should fill up almost exactly at the max fill line.

Freeze for 24 hours.

Spin straight from the freezer on the sorbet setting.

When finished, run the sides of the container under hot water for about 30 seconds and spin one more time on the sorbet setting.
