Bilberry Sorbet – 159 calories. 20 g protein.

Made this beauty as a post workout snack today! Only 159 calories and 20 grams of protein!

Ingredients:

150 g frozen bilberries

150 ml water

22.5 g clear whey (I use mango peach flavour)


Mix the whey with water and let it sit until it becomes clear. Mix with the frozen fruit in the container and use an immersion blender to blend everything well together before storing in the freezer for 24 hours. Spin it at the sorbet setting once before turning it slowly under hot water, then spin again for the perfect texture.
